The attentive staff like Ms. Simran and Ms. Sanika were genuine and made my stay memorable with their warm smiles. I enjoyed the spacious Standard Room, which was clean and equipped with essential amenities. I did encounter a few hiccups. There was a power outage one night, leading to interruptions in light and AC. Though I received prompt service with room changes the next day, the frequent power cuts were bothersome. Wifi was a challenge, as it was hit or miss and required me to rely on my mobile hotspot. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and hospitality of the hotel made my trip enjoyable.
